Who can participate?

The ISERDIndia IPR Olympiad  is designed and developed in such a way that  most of the scholars of the nation can easily participate in it. This IPR examination (ISERDIndia Olympiad) for students and professional will surely help in increasing their knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. The scholars of the following categories are eligible to participate:

[1]. School Students (Class 8 to 12-Any Stream)

[2]. Undergraduate Students (Any stream)

[3]. Postgraduate Students (Any Stream)

[4]. Teachers / Researchers

[6]. IPR Professionals

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligibility Criteria for School Students:
    1. All students of Class 8th – 12th are eligible to participate in the Olympiad.
    2. Higher secondary students pursuing any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts) are also eligible to participate. 
    3. Students participating in Intellectual Property Rights Olympiad (ISERDIndia IPR Olympiad) must have to upload the school identity proof to make their test a valid one.
    4. Students must be able to produce their identity proof and birth certificates if required.  
 
  • Eligibility Criteria for UG/PG College Students:
    1. All college students pursuing or have completed their course are eligible to participate in the Olympiad. 
    2. All college students pursuing any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts/Law) are eligible to participate in the Olympiad. 
    3. Students participating in Intellectual Property Rights Olympiad (ISERDIndia IPR Olympiad) must have to upload the college identity proof to make their test a valid one.
    4. Students participating in Intellectual Property Rights Olympiad (ISERDIndia IPR Olympiad) must be able to produce identity proof and birth certificates if required.  
 
  • Eligibility criteria for Professionals/Teachers:
    1. Professionals participating in Intellectual Property Rights Olympiad (ISERDIndia IPR Olympiad) must hold a valid identity proof and birth certificate.
    2. He/she must be working with a reputed organisation, start-up or owning his/her own start-up.
    3. He/She must have passed the basic qualification like Diploma/Engineering/B.Ed./Law or any other degree from recognized university.
    4. He/She must be able to produce organisation identity card in which he/she is working in case required for verification purpose only.
